Indianapolis Art Fair 2024 Schedule Tickets. Each year the penrod arts fair features approximately 350 artist booths divided among four main artist areas, which we designate as artists blue, green, yellow, and red. Local, national and international guests will take the stage to give expert talks, and the kids’ zone will make for a family friendly event aug.
